"A visit to Brugge wouldn’t feel complete without stopping at Chez Albert for a waffle! The waffle was absolutely excellent—freshly made, perfectly crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. The aroma alone was enough to draw us in, and the taste exceeded expectations. Despite being a popular spot, the service was quick and efficient. The quality of the waffle was outstanding, and every bite was delicious. Simple, authentic, and made to perfection. Easily one of the best waffles I’ve had in Belgium and definitely a place I’ll return to on my next visit to Brugge. 🧇🇧🇪✨"

"I m not a big fan of waffles but their waffles are tasty and home made. They are literally cooked in front of you. The service is always friendly! Whenever I have the chance, I make sure to get a Chai Latte from them :)"
